Gina is an ICF PCC and NLP Transformational Coach. She studied Applied Psychology at Durham University before completing the Landmark Forum curriculum, with a focus on integrity, impact, self-expression and leadership. She trained as a professional coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has a Master NLP Practitioner certification with Global NLP Training. She is also a professionally trained actress with the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School.

Gina spent over a decade working alongside Senior Leadership and their teams as a Management Consultant and then Executive Assistant across a diverse range of Industries and global Fortune 500 organisations including Burberry (Luxury Fashion), Edmiston (Superyachts), Kearney (Management Consulting), Mind Gym (Organisational Transformation), Balderton Capital (Venture Capital) and leading Private Equity firms including Starwood Capital, Advent International, and The Carlyle Group.
Whilst working Advent International, she launched the firm’s global charity platform, relaunched the wellness committee, developed training frameworks with deal team directors, sourced world-class coaches, and delivered key HR offsites. She also initiated cross-departmental process improvements that reduced operational bottlenecks and strengthened collaboration. She also facilitated feedback and psychological safety sessions between Senior Leaders and their teams. These changes saved the company £4m in revenue.
Since early 2023, she is now the founder of an International leadership advisory and coaching practice supporting founders, senior executives and leadership teams navigating scale, growth and organisational complexity. With Client’s mainly based across the US and UK, Gina Delivers executive coaching, leadership consulting and international workshops focused on self-led leadership, culture transformation and mind body connection.
With a strong commitment to charitable and community work, Gina has also volunteered with schools for disabled and underprivileged children and orphanages in South Africa, Cambodia, Peru and Bali, and has mentored through UK charities including Been There and Cross light. Gina currently volunteers for the UK Charity Samaritans, who provide emotional support to anyone in emotional distress, struggling to cope or at risk of suicide.
She is also the host of The Good Company Podcast, which explores self-led leadership and the power of voice and authenticity in modern leadership with industry leading guest speakers.

Good Company Coaching is Values and Trust driven, handing the power back to the Client. When we reconnect with truth, we lead from a place of alignment and not performance. I don’t believe in pushing, forcing or pretending but in honouring your pace and desires whilst holding a bold vision for who you really are and what you really want to transform.
In our sessions together you will experience what psychological safety really feels like, allowing for real growth and space that honours your vulnerability and truth.
I really believe in being Client led. I am all about what the Client actually wants and needs and remain in complete flexibility for those I serve.
Even though our containers and sessions are structured in essence, it is organically about what arises for the Client in our time together. I also strongly believe in making the pursuit of change, growth and transformation uplifting, energising and fun.
My sessions are a sanctuary for what is hidden and buried to be witnessed with empathy and compassion and to take a deep dive into what’s really beneath the symptomatic behaviours. I am able to awaken deeper self awareness and higher levels of consciousness within my clients.
The 3 Cs of Coaching are Clarity, Communication and Commitment. Clarity ensures that both Coach and Client understand the Vision, expectations, and purpose of Coaching Framework. Communication is key for building trust, delivering feedback and encouraging open, honest dialogue.
